OASIS comes with the Central Information System (CIS).  CIS is a central repository for all contact data, and a procedure for recording and identifying relationships of individuals or entities that have some relationship with a claim or policy.  With the CIS, you can instantly access all claimant/insurer/attorney, etc. related information, including demographic data, addresses, claim histories, and so forth.  All OASIS modules (policy management, claims, management, financial management) draw data from the CIS.
