Customer Support
Customer Support Services are made available to all OASIS production clients under a Maintenance & Support Agreement (MSA). The services include Help Desk, Service Level Agreement for bug fixes, annual reviews, and annual upgrade to the most recent releases of OASIS. Under Additional Services Agreement (ASA), clients can request new enhancements to meet their changing business requirements. We offer new enhanced versions of OASIS twice a year and most production clients upgrade annually.
