Implementation Services
At Delphi Technology, our Implementation Services team is responsible for delivering the services that will take a base OASIS system into production with client-specific customizations. These services include: installation, training, documentation, user support, and project management, as well as business analysis and configuration, reports and forms development, integration with 3rd party products, and data conversion.
- Data Conversion is often the most difficult part of an implementation and is an area in which we have extensive experience. We have developed a proven methodology combined with utilities and other tools to make the process as efficient as possible.
- Business Analysis and Configurability Due to the maturity of the product, Delphi Technology is able to implement OASIS with little or no change to the software. By updating tables and metadata without changing the source code, we are able to customize OASIS to meet your business needs. We call this “configuration” as opposed to “modification” (which means changes to computer programs). To properly configure OASIS, however, requires iterative analysis of the business processes and rules.
