dti's training team works with each client to design a customized training program. Classroom training is preferred by dti, but dti has also done train-the-trainer.
Training for the system administrator is generally given after “go live” giving the clients the ability to handle their own future configuration changes. This training can be held at dti’s site or at the client site and is usually give to the administrator and their backup.
OASIS end user training typically uses the client’s test database at the client’s site. Each user should have a PC and a projector and PC should be provided for the instructor.
Technical training can be arranged for clients who wish to understand table structures for the purpose of developing their own reports.
