Delphi Technology, Inc. (dti) provides the capability to report incidents for any line of business over the Internet via a secure web site, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, providing real-time entry and enabling immediate attention by a claims handler. Internet reporting provides cost-effective solutions and provides real-time access for immediate action.
Reporters of incidents log onto a secure web site and complete an easy to use questionnaire about the incident. The reported data is sent directly into the OASIS Claims system via an XML interface for instantaneous receipt of incidents by adjusters. The reported data may also be emailed to any site. Once in OASIS, the reported claim falls under control of OASIS’ workflow diary system, which can trigger any number of actions, such as notifying someone of the incident. This seamless integration saves time and expense and encourages early intervention on claims.
Current lines of business supported include Hospital Incident Reporting, Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Professional Liability, Property, and Safety Management.
Forms are produced in PDF formats and can be emailed as well. For General Liability and Property Claims, the standard ACORD form is completed. Configuring company specific incident forms is also easily accomplished.
No software needs to be deployed on user machines. All that is needed is a web browser.
OASIS IRS is fully customizable to meet client needs. Fields can be added or deleted and additional functionality can be created. The entire service is custom branded with client logos, with a seamless link from client websites.
