Mr. Sam Fang, President and CEO
| Sam founded Delphi Technology, Inc. (dti) in 1989 and has led the firm’s growth to national recognition as an innovative information technology solutions firm. After obtaining a BA from Princeton in Mathematics and an MS from Stanford in Operations Research, Sam worked for five years with IBM on database management systems and other mainframe software products. He obtained an MBA from Wharton while managing a successful business systems consulting practice. In the late 1980s he worked at Oracle Corporation, rising rapidly to the position of regional manager while building business application systems for the insurance, health care, and other sectors.
Sam founded dti with a mission to bring open systems technologies to solve business problems. He has led the expansion of dti from its initial engagements in a wide array of insurance applications.
