Management Team

Sam Fang, President of Delphi Technology, Shanghai and Chief Executive Officer of Delphi Technology, Inc.

Sam founded Delphi Technology, Inc. in 1989 and has led the firm’s growth to national recognition as an innovative information technology solutions firm specializing in insurance and risk management solutions. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton in Mathematics and a Master of Science from Stanford in Operations Research, Sam worked for IBM on database management systems and other mainframe software products. He obtained an MBA from Wharton while managing a successful business systems consulting practice. On leaving IBM, Sam worked for Oracle Corporation, rising rapidly to the position of regional manager while building application systems for the insurance and healthcare sectors.

William Moss, President of US Operations and Chief Operating Officer of Delphi Technology, Inc.

Bill joined Delphi Technology in 2008 bringing more than 20 years of experience in technology sales and management. Prior to joining Delphi Technology, Bill was Vice President and Business Unit General Manager at Per-Se Technologies. Per-Se was subsequently acquired by McKesson Corporate where Bill was Vice President of High Volume Pharmacy Systems. Bill’s previous experience includes executive and sales positions at NCDHealth Corporation, AMS Corporation, and Revive Technologies. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Lehigh University and a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law.

Jason Potosky, Executive Vice President of US Operations and Chief Technology Officer of Delphi Technology, Inc.

After graduating from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Jason worked for Andersen Consulting (currently Accenture). During his tenure at Andersen Consulting, Jason was involved in implementing, customizing, and installing both customized and packaged software applications for Fortune 500. Jason joined Delphi Technology in 1999 as a software development engineer, rising through the ranks to Policy Management Development Manager then to Director of Development. During his time as Director, Jason was responsible for the design and development of Delphi Technology’s new suite of web-based Java-compliant applications. Jason was promoted to Senior Vice President of Development in 2007. Jason’s experience in the insurance industry combined with his extensive technical background make him an invaluable asset to the Delphi Technology team.

Chris Rozanski, Senior Account Executive

Chris joined Delphi Technology in 1995 as a MIS Manager then building on his years of experience in the technical departments of the company, he moved to the sales team where he stayed until 2006. Since 2006, Chris has been an executive on Delphi Technology’s Customer Service team leveraging his longstanding relationship with the customer base, developed over years at Delphi Technology, to support the growing number of OASIS customers. Prior to joining Delphi Technology, Chris worked at the Wharton Business School, the Four Seasons Hotels, as well as a number of small accounting firms after graduating from the Cornell Hotel School.

Martin Lippiett, Vice President of Business Consulting

Martin has more than 36 years of experience in the insurance industry. His career began at Eagle Star Group in the UK where he progressed through the IT organization to the position of Vice President of Systems at their US subsidiary in New York. Martin then worked for the American Foreign Insurance Association (AFIA) as Director of Field systems with responsibility for deployment of software across 15 worldwide data centers. From 1984 to 2004, Martin was a partner in Mayfare Software, a provider of software solutions to property and casualty insurance carriers, ending as President of the company. Martin holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and Statistics from the University Wales, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute in London.

Kevin Lech, Vice President of Finance

Kevin joined Delphi Technology in 2007 and is responsible for all finance and accounting operations. In his role as Vice President of Finance, Kevin oversees the functions that support Delphi Technology’s growth including financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, internal controls, tax, treasury, and risk management. Kevin has more than 15 years experience in finance and accounting in several industries including software, financial services, and publishing. Prior to joining Delphi Technology, Kevin held various financial positions including Manager of Financial Reporting and Analysis at ADP Taxware and Financial Analyst at the Boston Herald. Kevin received his Bachelor of Arts in accounting from St. Leo University and an MBA from Regis University.

Chris Mears, Vice President of Implementation Services

Chris joined Delphi Technology in 1995 to lead the development teams in building the basic architecture of OASIS and has held a number of positions over the years including his current position as Vice President of Implementation Services. Prior to joining Delphi Technology, Chris worked for Oracle Corporation on a wide range of projects including insurance and litigation applications. He then consulted on database applications in the United States, Europe, and Africa. Chris has 20 years of experience in Oracle relational database design and implementation and is proficient in all aspects of database applications, from business and systems analysis through design and implementation. Chris graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in Mathematics.

Al Schutte, Vice President of Business Consulting

Prior to joining Delphi Technology, Al spent over 25 years in the insurance industry focusing on both business operations and systems development. As a Senior Vice President in charge of Commercial Systems at Great American Insurance (GAI), he successfully built, delivered, and maintained an enterprise-wide property and casualty insurance processing system for a $1.6B carrier. His duties at GAI also included direct responsibilities for profit center operations, agency accounting, and premium audit. In 1996, Al was appointed the President and COO of Millennium Dynamics, a Y2k products company, which Al led from its inception as a spin-off from GAI, through an initial IPO process, and ultimately to its sale. Al graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. Since joining Delphi Technology, Al has held a number of positions including, most recently, Vice President of Product Management with responsibility for overseeing the development of new products & defining future product direction.
